Customer Service

Role Overview:

To serve and support our local and regional customers/ dealers/agents/partners from order entry right through to payment collection.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product issues, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery and address any order discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to address shipping issues and provide updates to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, product teams) to address cross-functional service issues.

Dimension:

• This role will act as frontline interface with customers/dealers/agents/partners within the assigned territory, in ASEAN.
• It is responsible for all customer-oriented services ensuring excellent service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Network with various departments and groups within the regional and head office that are involved in customer support and order fulfilment.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be expected to possess and display the following skills, knowledge and attributes in order to excel in the role:

• Good communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, having basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively, attention to detail
• Very careful & accurate when handling data & numbers
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Having minimum 2 years experiences as customer service
• Must be able to work overtime
• Minimum education is SMK or equivalent
