Admin Sales (Cikarang)

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, upselling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. 

Admin Sales
  • Attend to customer that comes to showroom to support our growth
  • Produce and manage product quotations with the support of the Outside Sales and product managers
  • Daily follow up of OPEN quotations
  • Educate customers about our brand & products
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and sales material preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain)

Requirements: The successful candidate will be expected to possess and display the following skills, knowledge and attributes in order to excel in the role: 
  • Minimum SMA / SMK administration
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Have driver’s license (sim C is a must, sim C & A is preferable)
