All of our nut lead screw are made from the tahan aus iglidur® polimer berperforma tinggi.
There are seven different standard materials available for different purposes: iglidur J - high efficiency at all speeds, iglidur J350 - for temperatures up to +150°C, iglidur A180 - Sesuai dengan standar FDA for the food and pharmaceutical industry, iglidur E7 - for high speeds with low loads, iglidur R - anti-oscillation and anti-vibration, iglidur J200 - the best counter partner for aluminium and iglidur W300 - for aplikasi heavy-duty.

The base material is additionally reinforced with technical fibres or fillers. The solid lubricants are microscopic particles, embedded in millions of tiny chambers of the material.
