Separators are the only option to separate the interior of the non-openable chain of the type 200. Spacers can be used to adjust the space between two crossbars to a certain width. This function is used primarily for side-mounted chains.

"Super-aluminium" trough - the igus® standard for guide troughs

The "Super-aluminium" trough is a modular system of guide troughs for long travels (where e-chains® glide on each other). The basic "Super-aluminium" trough is available in simple, cost-effective "basic designs" and can be expanded for sophisticated plant construction. This universal usability makes it the recommended igus® standard for guide troughs.

Guide troughs are used for applications where the upper run of the e-chain® glides on the lower run. When using the igus® guide trough made of steel, the following components are required. Guide trough without glide bars part no. 92.30, guide trough with glide bars part no. 92.31, assembly sets as butt connectors part no. 92.50. XX
.XX indicates the length of the C-profiles on which the guide trough will be mounted. The standard length of the trough parts and glide bars is 2m. The required length of guide trough is determined by the travel length.
