Series 5050HD - chain, with crossbars every link

Option 1: Separators and spacers igus® separators should be fitted every 2nd chain link as standard! Note: Observe side clearance of min. 33 mm (e-tube) and min. 16 mm (e-chain®)!
 
80.1 Standard - for all purposes
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains® and e-tubes.
 
80.2 Faster installation of cables
Separator for igus® openable crossbar 450.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation (light clamping). Can also be used in e-tubes.
 
80.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables fitted side by side. Space-saving, secure footing – for e-chains® and e-tubes. Also available for QuickLock crossbars.
 
80.4 For e.g. side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains® and e-tubes.
 
80.5 Locks in securely in 5mm increments
Notch separator for notch crossbar with scaling. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains® and e-tubes. Recommended for side-mounted applications.
 
The separator 501 for e-chains® offers secure stability under load with its wide base, even for thick cables and hoses
 
Separators (e.g. "side-mounted" application) can be fixed in position by spacers 405.XX for e-chains®. The available inner height is reduced by 2mm for each spacer. To prevent this, parts can also be installed from the outside onto the opening crossbar (not on long travels) XX = width of spacer (choice of 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 mm)
 
Locking separator for e-chains® 504 with increased retaining force for applications with very high loads. Opening thee-chain® is more difficult when using the locking separator. Recommended: one locking separator per e-chain® link.
 
The locking separator for e-chains® 508 is used in applications with very high humidity, e.g. composting plants. The side notch is used to ensure the correct alignment of the separators - if they are misaligned, the e-chain® can only be opened by damaging the separators.
 
Asymmetrical separator 501A for e-chains® with 18 mm base, for the combination of spacers and separators with different widths, e.g. for side-mounted applications
 
Rollclip – Minimises the abrasion of particularly sensitive hoses. Simply clamps onto the opening crossbar. The rollers compensate for movement between the hose and the e-chain®.

Option 2: Shelves When many cables with different diameters are used - e-chains® and e-tubes can be divided vertically and horizontally

Side plates 502, middle plate 503 and shelves 420.X allow flexible partitioning Shelves of various widths can be arranged in steps of 7mm on 11 levels
 
Locking separator 510 in combination with shelf. Three slots (only for e-chains®)
 
520.X horizontal interior separation Locks securely into the separator at both ends, allowing a fixed width. Can be used as a full-width shelf for integrated interior separation or as a shelf for modular shelving at three levels. Clamping separator 507 with height slots - with increased retention force for applications with very high humidity or extreme loads. The increased holding strength is produced by the asymmetric teeth locking into the crossbar. Please ensure even alignment. Recommended: one locking separator per e-chain® link.
 
For a more divided solutionheight slot separators 505 can be used. However, these cannot be integrated into existing shelving without removing the interior separation system
 
The height slot separator 509, which is open on one side, can be retrofitted without removing the existing interior separation system. For installing the open height slot separators, the top and bottom slots cannot be used for shelves
